The defining characteristic that sets high achievers apart from ordinary people is that they set goals—and they pro-actively pursue the achievement of those goals. Once you know your life purpose, determine your vision, and clarify what your true needs and desires are, you have to convert them into specific, measurable goals and objectives and then act on them with the certainty that you will achieve them. In this module, you will learn how to state your goals into definitive statements and how to train the brain to continually seek ways to achieve stated goals.

The affirmations in the above video are meant to inspire you to create your own affirmations which vibrationally pull you into the future you see for yourself. When you feel the feelings of what you want, you accelerate and attract more of those to you. So for example, let's say you want to own your authority with your clients or patients in your practice who are pulling you in lots of directions with overwhelm. One of your affirmations may be: "I am posting a new policy in my office on when I'm available to meet with my clients". Then create an image of that policy posted on the wall for example. If looking at the image makes you feel structured and you feel you've gotten your life back, then it's a powerful affirmation and image. Another affirmation may be "I am spending more free time with my family."  What would be your marker for that to be true? Are you going to one of your favorite family museums, eating ice cream every Friday, heading to the beach? Your brain is a goal-seeking organism. You set the target to where you want to be and the rest it will focus on day and night to make that happen, however taking 100% responsibility, it's your job to create those pictures. 🙂

How can you maximize your time to make room for your goals, given your busy demanding schedule? In this module: you will clear the decks, examine where your time is going and who is taking it away. You will change your mindset about when you work on anything that does not benefit you, helping you meet your target milestones. You will be introduced to a daily and weekly routine which will put some stakes in the ground so that each week you are intentional and disciplined with your time. You will have mapped out what key actions you should take and consistently focus to implement them weekly.

This module is geared for professionals who need to establish sharp focus and discipline with their schedule, turn away from bright shiny objects that suck up their time, eliminate overwhelm. You will learn to lock-in a daily and weekly schedule, keep accountable and implement proven techniques to clear the clutter and fast-path your breakthrough business goals immediately.

I'd love to sit hear and say that I became really gutsy around protecting my time overnight once I used the systems I demonstrate in this module. I think a more accurate picture is that I became aware of who and what was pulling me away and how badly I wanted to achieve the things I wanted in my life. Gutsy Leadership  is staying focused which requires self-awareness and looking at how you create your present reality. Sometimes it's by doing nothing when you should be doing something such as pushing back. Sometimes it's doing nothing which makes all the difference by creating your own space for alone time and connecting with your spirit.  Structures and schedule are essential, but life happens too. As I say in the video above, be good to yourself.  This is like a muscle. You begin to recognize what meeting, or phone calls are good for you to take and which ones are a time suck. You also begin to recognize whether your decisions are coming from ego because you were invited to something not yet published or are they coming from curiosity because you feel you can learn from someone.  Did you just agree to that favor because it was more comfortable to give an hour of your time away than calmly say unfortunately you're not available? That's the kind of muscle I learned to grow over time.

As you go through this program, you will make some big wins and some small wins. You may get a high-five or great job from a client, patient, Chief of Staff or manager out of the blue and you will be overjoyed. First I want you to recognize that you  created these moments. These are gifts and you must recognize them for what they are - a direct reflection of your brilliance and hard work.

Also, as soon as you get these compliments, ask yourself what did you do really well to earn that? Begin a journal of all the things you did really well and attracted to you. Because the good news is, you will continue to attract and create these reactions and you will be continuously protected and encouraged to keep going through the mindset shifts you are making simply by CELEBRATING BEAUTIFUL YOU!
